About Us

Tumbling Tresses Farm

Our small farm sits among the rolling hills of the Palouse, in Eastern Washington. Only three miles from the Idaho border, we are right between the cities of Pullman, WA and Moscow, ID.

Up until a couple of years ago, I never knew long haired fainting goats existed. Once I saw my first Miniature Silky Fainting Goat, I was hooked. I read up on the breed, talked to others who raise and show them, and finally brought my first two home. This was the start of the addiction. The whole family enjoys the company of these quiet natured goats and most summer days we can be found hanging out with them in their enclosure. Since the Mini Silkys are not as common as other small breed goats, my goal is to bring awareness to the unique breed and share them with others who will love them as well. Our breeding program focuses on small, hardy goats with long flowing hair that also display correctness in body and breed type. Our herd is still small and includes a couple of mixed breeds as well. We test for CAE, CL and Johnes yearly, with negative results, ensuring that we remain disease free so that you do not have to worry.

TTF Rabbitry

Well, those sweet goats are so much fun that I decided to add some cute buns to the mix as well! Holland Lops are a fun, social, small breed of lop eared rabbit. I love the Vienna gene, and Harlequins, so my breeding goals are to have beautiful kits that display one, or both, of those genes. Not all of our kits will yet, but those that don’t are still super cute and just as sweet! If you are looking for a 4H rabbit, a fun house/outdoor pet, a breeding rabbit to add to your rabbitry, or just want to see photos of adorable buns please check us out. I have a TTF Rabbitry facebook page as well.
