MCH Hootnanny Acres Kopenhagen
Kopenhagen is our newest addition, and he has settled into the buck herd like he has always been a part of it. This guy has long flowing hair (there were bangs before they were rubbed off), amazing structure, and a super sweet personality. He was bred by Betty and Dale at Hootnanny Acres and raised/shown by Brinley at Dry Desert Silkies in Utah. During the 2023 show season, he won 1x Grand Champion at the Rocky Mountain Mini Silky Fainting Goat Show in Utah and 2x Grand Champion at the PNW Mini Silky Fainting Goat show in Washington. He is the son of MCH Hootnanny Acres Lil River.
MCH AVM Hogan
Hogan is a small buck with very thick, fine, long, silky hair. He is mellow and exceptionally sweet, always wanting a good scratch around his horns. We were lucky enough to purchase him from Ashley Valley Minis in Vernal, Utah and pick him up at the Rocky Mountain Mini Silky Goat Show in Malad, ID. He has beautiful blue eyes that used to be hidden behind gorgeous bangs…before he rubbed them off :) During the 2023 show season, he won 2x Grand Champion at the Rocky Mountain Mini Silky Fainting Goat Show in Utah and 2x Grand Champion at the PNW Mini Silky Fainting Goat show in Washington. He was also honored with a Best In Show in Washington!
MCH Tumbling Tresses Farm KISS
KISS is the son of AVM Hogan and is maturing beautifully! He has joined the ranks as a herd sire, and we are so excited to be using a home-grown buck in our herd. He made his 2023 debut in the show ring as a yearling and we were excited to bring home two Grand Champion ribbons from both the Rocky Mountain Mini Silky Fainting Goat Show and the PNW Mini Silky Fainting Goat Show. He started out 2024 strong by earning a Master Champion title after winning 3x GCH and 1x BIS at the Rocky Mountain Mini Silky Fainting Goat Show.
